Project Details
-
Location: Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104
-
Project Type: Exterior Painting
-
Surface Type: Wood
-
Primary Paint Color: Light Gray
Our Approach
For this project, our team conducted a thorough assessment of the wood surfaces, identifying areas that required special attention due to weathering and age. We prepared the exterior by cleaning and sanding the wood, ensuring an even and durable foundation for the new paint. Our meticulous preparation process is key to achieving a flawless finish and maximizing the lifespan of the paintwork.
We selected a light gray shade as the primary color, chosen for its timeless appeal and ability to complement the architectural character of the home. This color not only brightens the façade but also harmonizes beautifully with the surrounding neighborhood, enhancing the property’s overall aesthetic.
Results
The transformation was striking. The light gray finish brought a sense of freshness and sophistication to the home, highlighting its architectural details and wood textures. Our careful application ensured smooth, even coverage, and the new color instantly elevated the home’s curb appeal.
